DESCRIPTION:Katie McNutt and Sandy Ussia will train attendees on Voter Registration procedures and the use of Minivan for canvassing. We plan to use Minivan in the upcoming Habitat for Humanity Initiative. The VR training will last approximately 45-60 minutes\, and the Minivan training will take approximately 30 minutes. If you are experienced at VR and have participated in the last few months under the new process\, please feel free to come to hear the Minivan training only. It will start somewhere between 2:45 and 3:00 pm. Please watch for Minivan instructions from Sandy Ussia\, which will require you to download an app prior to training\, and have your phone handy for the training.

SUMMARY:Habitat for Humanity - Regal Acres\, Naples Voter Registration and Canvassing
DESCRIPTION:This will be a canvassing event and we will use Minivan. We will train you how to use Minivan on your phone in the training Saturday\, April 20. We will ask members of households a few basic questions (answers to be recorded in Minivan) and hand out VR and VBM forms. Don’t worry that you can’t handle the technology. If I can do it\, anyone can do it. As a reference point\, I can’t work my TV remote and I can do Minivan. ;) We will meet in the shopping center parking lot at Marshall’s and gather our supplies and any last minute instructions and then head out to predefined “turfs” in pairs. Please bring a hat\, water\, a pen\, and your phone. Please note\, there is no ready access to bathrooms. Wear sunscreen.
